Beckton Dickinson came to altr to redesign their iOS and Android app, Briight. Through extensive user research and user testing, we found users were aged 60+ and easily confused about their diabetes treatment, but comfortable to using phone apps.
I was tasked with creating the simple, step-by-step UX design as well as the UI design system for the app. Easy steps with clear calls to action, large type, and motivational prompts were designed with the user in mind.
